Genie Garage Door Light Wont Turn On

Hey everyone i m new to the forum and was looking for a little help with my genie garage door opener.

Genie garage door light wont turn on. It appears that everything works on the unit except for one thing. You should now be able to operate the door using the genie garage door opener. Genie door opener light does not turn off help. They will stop the garage door from closing if the beam is broken.
